Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing YoloPickle. Before finalizing your purchase, please familiarize yourself with our return and refund policies. By placing an order with YoloPickle at https://yolopickle.com, you agree to the following terms.

Returns:
You can initiate a return within 30 days from the delivery date. Contact our customer support team at support@yolopickle.com within this period to start the process. Claims after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Return/Refund Policy Conditions:

  • Product must be purchased directly from our official online store.
  • Proof of purchase and supporting images are required.
  • Only incorrect, damaged, or defective products upon arrival are covered.
  • Items must be in original condition: new, unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Circumstances:

  • Change of mind.
  • Used products.
  • Missing accessories.
  • Correct size/color as per original order.
  • Products received as a gift with purchase.

All return requests are subject to approval by a YoloPickle representative.

Exchange Policy Conditions:
If the correct item was shipped but arrived damaged, we will facilitate an exchange. You are responsible for reshipping the item and covering shipping fees.

Refund Refusal:
We cannot accept return/refund requests if the correct item, size, and variant were sent, or if instructions were not followed.

Return/Refund Instructions:
Send a request to support@yolopickle.com within 30 days of receiving your package, including the shipping label and proof of the issue. Returns without store approval will not be accepted. Use a recommended shipping agency with a tracking number for returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Once the package is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. The process may take 3-5 working days. Contact us at support@yolopickle.com if you do not receive the refund within this timeframe.
