HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Select your preferred item on the product page, click “Add To Cart,” and follow the steps to finalize your order. We’ll notify you once it's on its way!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
- Contiguous United States: 7-15 business days
- International (Canada, EU, UK, Australia, etc.): 15-30 business days
WHERE DOES YoloPickle SHIP FROM?
Most items ship from the US, arriving in 7-10 business days. Some items ship from Asia, taking 10-15 business days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. For any issues, email support@yolopickle.com.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Contact Customer Support before the order is processed. For changes after processing, refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE ISN'T DELIVERED?
Check your delivery area and with neighbors. If still missing, contact the carrier with your tracking number. If unresolved, email support@yolopickle.com.
MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING
Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to activate. If still not working, contact the carrier.
I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER
Contact us if your order hasn't arrived after 15 business days (domestic) or 25 business days (international).
